MMSSDK Wallpaper Composer enables webmasters, mobiles solutions developers to provide intuitive interface to their users without client or server side coding. Additionally, clients do not need to install any software the entire interface is available via a web browser (IE 5.5 or above). The Wallpaper Composer interface has been designed in DHTML and Javascript allowing developers to make any changes as they like (if required). You can use this FREE version of DLL on your site for private or commercial use free of charge.
